A powerful leadership model, Sitting Bull, is the central figure in this workshop. His ability to persuade, to focus on values and vision, to serve as a role model, and to reach people at all levels (from elders to young people)—all these traits are vividly covered in the workshop.

This popular program has been conducted since 1994 in Billings, Montana. The nearby Little Bighorn Battlefield is set on the high, rolling plains, with no nearby cities to ruin the historic view. Our Lakota tour guide takes us from the river view of opening shots fired into the Indian encampment, up into the hills for panorama views of the concluding battles with Custer’s 7th Cavalry.

This program is suitable for managers at any level in your organization, and it has been successfully run for both executives, and senior managers.
